For many women leaders, the path to leadership is frequently not a linear one, and as a result, some may find gaps in their leadership skills or a lack of confidence as they move forward. Self-awareness is one of the most important ingredients for filling these gaps, and an intentional look at our own strengths and weaknesses is an important place to start in the growth and development process.
- Understand your own leadership/personality style and how to more effectively engage with others.
- Gain insight into what may be holding you back, and what can help you move forward
- Recognize how to amplify your voice and personal presence in professional settings
- Appreciate that personal and professional growth is a life-long endeavor
